Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FrontSEOTools (“FrontSEOTools”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you visit frontseotools.com and use its tools, pages and features. Please read it together with our Terms of Use.

1. Information you choose to provide

Most tools on FrontSEOTools are designed to work with text or values that you enter directly into the page. Examples include titles, descriptions, URL lists, markup, headings and code snippets. The current browser-based utilities process these inputs in your browser and do not intentionally submit the entered tool content to our application server. Your browser may retain information temporarily while a page is open. Avoid entering passwords, access tokens, private customer data or confidential business information into any online utility unless you have independently assessed the risk.

If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, message and any attachments or other information you decide to send. Please limit messages to information needed to explain your enquiry.

2. Technical and log information

When a website is requested, hosting, content delivery, security and infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. Depending on the provider and configuration, this may include an IP address, requested URL, browser and device information, referring page, timestamps, response status and diagnostic or security events. These records can be used to troubleshoot errors, detect abuse, maintain availability and protect the website.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use essential technologies needed for security, load balancing, user preferences or core functionality. If we add analytics, advertising, embedded media or other optional technologies that store or access information on your device, this policy should be updated to identify the actual providers, purposes and choices available. Browser settings can also help you manage cookies, although blocking some technologies may affect site functionality.

4. Analytics

Analytics tools, if enabled, may collect information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, device category, referral source and interaction events. We use such information to understand which pages are useful, identify technical problems and improve navigation. We will identify relevant analytics providers and update this policy when analytics are configured. Do not assume that analytics are active simply because the website has an analytics-ready structure.

5. Advertising and Google AdSense

FrontSEOTools may apply to display third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. If advertising is enabled, advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, limit or personalise advertisements, subject to applicable law, provider policies and the choices available to visitors. Third-party advertising providers may process information such as browser identifiers, device information, ad interactions and approximate location. We do not control the independent privacy practices of those providers.

Where required, we will use an appropriate consent management solution and provide visitors with the choices required in their region before optional advertising technologies are used. Visitors can also review Google’s advertising and privacy information through Google’s own settings and policy resources. This policy must be reviewed again when AdSense is actually connected so that the description matches the live configuration.

6. How information may be used

Information may be used to operate and maintain the website, respond to enquiries, investigate reported errors, protect the site from spam or abuse, understand aggregate usage, comply with legal obligations and administer advertising or analytics where enabled. We do not sell personal information as a standalone mailing list. We do not use tool inputs to create user accounts because the current tools do not require registration.

7. Service providers and disclosures

We may rely on hosting, domain, security, email, analytics and advertising providers to support the website. Those providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms when delivering their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a genuine business transfer. We do not control third-party websites linked from our pages.

8. International visitors and transfers

FrontSEOTools is intended for an international audience. Infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than the country where a visitor is located. Where applicable, providers and the site owner should use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and comply with local privacy requirements.

9. Retention and security

We retain enquiry messages, operational logs and other information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, including support, security, legal and operational needs. Retention periods can vary by provider. We use reasonable measures to protect the website, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To make a request, contact us using the details on our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity and may be unable to fulfil a request where a lawful exception applies. You can also manage certain browser and advertising preferences through your device, browser or the relevant provider.

11. Children

FrontSEOTools is a general-purpose website and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate steps.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site, service providers, advertising configuration or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you have had an opportunity to review the revised policy; it does not remove any consent requirement imposed by law.

Site-owner launch check: Before launch and before enabling advertising, confirm the actual hosting logs, email provider, analytics tags, cookie behaviour, AdSense configuration and consent management settings. This general template is not legal advice and must reflect the services actually used by the live website.
