Contact FrontSEOTools

We welcome useful feedback about the tools, explanations and overall experience. If something is unclear or does not behave as expected, send us enough detail to understand the issue.

Tool feedback and bug reports

When reporting a problem, include the name of the tool, the browser and device you were using, the steps you followed, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. If an error message appeared, include its wording. A short description is usually more useful than a screenshot without context.

Corrections and content suggestions

If you believe an explanation is inaccurate or out of date, identify the page and the sentence or instruction concerned. If possible, include a link to relevant official documentation. We review corrections in context and may update a page when the information can be verified.

General enquiries

For general questions, partnership enquiries or suggestions for future tools, email contact@frontseotools.com. The site owner should create and test this mailbox with the domain email provider before launch. Do not publish the address until it can receive messages.

Privacy and sensitive information

Please do not email passwords, payment details, API keys, private customer information or confidential website exports. If you need to demonstrate a problem, remove or replace sensitive values before sending an example. Messages may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain site quality or address security and legal matters, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Response expectations

FrontSEOTools is an independent online resource, not a 24-hour support desk. We review genuine enquiries as time allows, but cannot guarantee a response time or provide emergency technical support. For issues involving your hosting account, domain registrar, search console or advertising account, contact the relevant provider directly.

Other information

Questions about how the site handles information are covered in the Privacy Policy. Rules for using the website are set out in our Terms of Use.

What to include in a useful message

When you contact us about a tool, tell us what you were trying to accomplish and which part of the process was unclear. If the issue relates to a generated result, include a sample using fictional or public information rather than private business data. If a page appears incorrectly on a particular device, mention the screen size and browser version where possible. These details help us reproduce the issue without asking you to disclose information that should remain confidential.

For editorial corrections, explain what you believe is inaccurate and why. Links to official standards, platform documentation or a primary source are especially helpful. We may not be able to adopt every suggestion, but clear evidence makes it easier to assess a proposed change. Please distinguish a factual correction from a feature request or personal preference so we can understand the purpose of your message.

Tool requests and feature suggestions

Suggestions for new tools are welcome. Describe the task, who would benefit from it, what information the tool would need and what a useful result should look like. We cannot promise that a suggested feature will be developed or provide a delivery date. We prioritise requests that solve a clear recurring problem, can be explained accurately and can be implemented without collecting unnecessary personal information.

Business and partnership enquiries

If you are contacting us about a partnership, sponsorship or other commercial proposal, provide the organisation name, the nature of the proposal and a reliable way to reply. We review enquiries independently and do not accept requests that require misleading claims, undisclosed endorsements or changes that would compromise the usefulness of our tools. Any commercial relationship that is relevant to a page should be disclosed clearly to visitors.

Accessibility and usability feedback

We also welcome feedback about keyboard navigation, readability, colour contrast, mobile layouts and assistive technology. If a control is difficult to use, tell us which page and action are involved. Please avoid sending medical or other sensitive personal details. A concise description of the barrier is usually enough for us to investigate the interface.
